Classes

From our wide range of classes you can choose the most appropriate class to fit your mood, fitness goals and your personality. We have a variety of popular Yoga and Pilates classes, but also provide the more active classes such as Body Tone, Circuits, Spin and Boxercise. Yoga

We offer three different types of Yoga; Dynamic, Hatha & Vinyasa Flow (please check when each class is on via the class timetable).

 

Yoga has many benefits, including; Reducing tension and stress, Increasing flexibility & strength, Improving the balance between the body and the mind, Increasing your energy & ability to concentrate.

Yoga concentrates on specific muscle groups and nadis (energetic lines) making sure to reach the balance through strengthening and stretching exercises.
 



Pilates
pilates

Pilates combines strengthening with relaxation; the focus is on the spine and joints by correcting muscular imbalances due to bad posture or misuse of muscles. You will rediscover your body’s natural movement by developing your core muscles.

 

We have two different types of pilates on three days of the week, taught by two fantastic teachers who both have their own style.

 

 



Spin

A spin class is an excellent way to burn some calories and relieve stress. The workout employs a stationary bike, which has adjustable resistance levels - this means it's great for everyone, no matter the fitness level.

The benefits of spin include: great calorie burner, builds muscle tone, increases cardiovascular endurance, relieves stress and as it’s a low impact exercise (meaning it’s less stressful on the body than activities like running).

 

 



Circuits

Circuit training is a method of resistance training, which consists of performing multiple exercises on multiple body parts in a row with little rest in between exertions - this maximizes the volume of work done in a short period of time.

 

Circuit training is a great tool to use for people who are interested in weight loss, cardiovascular fitness, muscle tone and overall strength increases.

 

 



Boxercise
Spining

Boxercise is a moderate intensity exercise class based on boxing training principles.

 

It combines boxing and aerobic exercise in a fun, friendly atmosphere. It can help you relieve some of the daily stress, whilst learning and enjoying boxing training (without getting hit!).

 

 



BodyTone
Body Tone

Body Tone Combines high-repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and condition your body, can help you to lose weight and ultimately change your body shape. A total-body workout in 60-minutes using body weight, swiss ball, dumbells and medicine balls.

 

 



Zumba

Zumba is a dance fitness method based on salsa and other Latin dance moves, performed to Latin and world music beats, and choreographed to allow people of any fitness or dance experience level to enjoy a fantastic workout. If you think you'd like an exhilarating class filled with good feelings and party-like fun, Zumba makes an excellent choice of a group fitness method to support your fitness goals.

 



Insanity
Insanity workout is a High Intensity Cardio Training based on the max interval method.
 
This program combines Cardio, Weight Loss and Building Muscle.
 
Overall fitness program, which includes high impact exercises such as jumps, sprints.
 
This challenging new class will improve your Aerobic and Strength
