All classes are included free for Peak Members, except Karate and Off-Peak members can access classes at Peak times at a cost of £5.00.

Pilates - This is an extremely popular and effective exercise technique. Improve posture and stability, particularly effective for strengthening the core muscles including abdominal and lower back. One class per week will be using Swiss Balls exclusively.

Zen & Hatha Yoga - Improve flexibility and strength, reduce tension and stress, and increase your energy and ability to concentrate.

Body Tone - Combines high-repetition weight training with aerobic conditioning. It will tone and condition your body, can help you to lose weight and ultimately change your body shape. A total-body workout in 60-minutes to 10 pulsating tracks for maximum motivation.

Circuit - A medium to high intensity training using floor, bench and weights exercise sections.

Spin & Abs - This cycle class will burn a ton of calories, increase lower-body strength and improve your cardiovascular endurance

LBT - (Legs, Bums & Tums) is one of the most popular classes as it offers participants of all standards and abilities a lower body up-beat floor exercise workout.

Karate: can boost your confidence and teach you self-control and self defence. Beginners and all grades are welcome.

At Horizons we aim to bring you the best teachers to help you train. We are pleased to have a range of classes that cater for all abilities from beginner to seasoned gym goer. Among the classes we offer at the moment are: YOGA - Julian Skinner is Britain's first ratified Zen Master. Whilst Julian offers a gentle and adaptable style of yoga for beginners, he can stretch the most dedicated of "Yogis". His classes are also available for non members who may prefer a "Drop In" approach to Yoga. Prices for these sessions are £7.
PILATES ? can help improve your posture, gain strength and develop your sense of body awareness. Suitable for all levels, Pilates is available for all members and also available to non members as a "drop in class" for £7 a session.

KARATE - Sensei Martin 3rd Dan JKA and chief instructor of South London Karate Club will teach you the traditional Japanese style Shotokan in a safe and friendly environment. Sensei Martin believes that everyone can learn karate irrespective of age or ability. His Thursday evening classes are available for all members and also to non members as a drop in class. Other Classes are based around sound principles of exercise progression but above all they are aimed at developing your confidence and sense of fun.

- Expectant mothers should consult their doctors before participating in exercise classes
- Please ensure you arrive on time for each class, late entry may be refused by the instructor / teacher
- It is unsafe to leave a class without cooling down and stretching. If you are going to leave early please inform the instructor / teacher prior to the class commencing
